About Dreami

Dreami is a fan-made mod for inZOI, run by DayDreami. It is a small personal project. It is not made by, approved by or connected to KRAFTON. inZOI and its characters belong to KRAFTON. By using Dreami you agree to these terms.

Using Dreami

Dreami is free to use with your own AI provider, and you need a copy of inZOI to use it. It is a beta: things may change, break or stop at any time. You are responsible for how you use it.

Dreami Cloud and Patreon

• Dreami Cloud is a paid convenience for Patreon members. Billing, refunds and cancelling are handled by Patreon, not by us.
• Message and voice limits come with each tier. They are fair use and may be changed over time. The current numbers are on the Patreon page.
• Your Dreami key is for you. Do not share it, sell it or use it to get around limits.
• If you cancel or your membership ends, your key stops working.
• We may change, pause or end Dreami Cloud at any time.

AI characters and what they say

Zois in Dreami are fictional characters whose words are written by an AI. They are not real people. We do not check replies before you see them, and AI replies are unpredictable by nature. They can be wrong, strange, offensive or upsetting, and Dreami makes no promise that anything a Zoi says is accurate or reliable. You decide what to do with what you read and you take all the risk of using it.

Nothing a Zoi says is advice of any kind, including medical, legal, financial, tax, mental health or safety advice. Do not rely on it. Dreami is aimed at a teen rating: it is not made for explicit sexual content, and it never involves minors in sexual content.

What you must not do

• Break the law, or use Dreami to harass, threaten, bully, defame or harm anyone.
• Create hate speech, content that promotes violence, terrorism or crime, or any sexual content involving minors.
• Create content that encourages or gives instructions for self-harm, suicide or eating disorders.
• Try to get explicit sexual content, or try to get around the safety checks.
• Use Dreami to pretend to be a real person, to fake things about real people, or to clone someone's voice without their consent.
• Send malware, spam or anything that breaks someone else's rights or privacy.
• Overload, attack, break into or try to get around the security of our servers, or send anything meant to disrupt them.
• Reverse engineer, copy, resell or share access to Dreami Cloud, or run your own copy of it.
• Share your key, use someone else's, or collect other people's personal information.

Your content

You keep what you write, and you are responsible for it. You let us handle it as needed to run the service, including the safety checks described on the Privacy page. Anything you send us about Dreami (ideas, feedback, bug reports) is not confidential, and we may use it without paying or crediting you.

You are responsible for your Dreami key and for everything done with it. Tell us if it leaks.

Stopping and suspending

You can stop using Dreami at any time and unlink your account in the app. We can suspend or end your access at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including breaking these terms or the service coming to an end. We may also delete your key and the data tied to it. When a membership ends, the key is switched off. We are not responsible to you or anyone else for ending or limiting your access.

No warranty

You use Dreami, Dreami Cloud and this website at your own risk. They are provided "as is" and "as available", with no warranties of any kind, whether stated or implied, including any promise that they are fit for a particular purpose or do not infringe anyone's rights. We do not promise that they will meet your needs, work, be safe or secure, be accurate, be free of errors, or be available without interruption.

No liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, DayDreami is not liable for anything that happens because of Dreami, Dreami Cloud or this website, whether the claim is about a contract, negligence or anything else. That includes any direct, indirect, accidental or special loss or harm, lost data or profits, interrupted service, unauthorized access to your data, what a Zoi or any other user or third party says or does, links to other sites, and anything else connected to Dreami. This applies even if we were told it could happen. Our total liability to you is zero.

Some places do not allow these limits, so part of this may not apply to you. If you are unhappy with Dreami or these terms, the only remedy is to stop using it.

Changes

These terms are subject to change at any time. Using Dreami after a change means you accept it. The date at the top shows when they were last updated.
