What Dreami keeps, where it goes, and how to get it deleted, in plain words.
Last updated: October 11, 2026Dreami is a fan-made mod for inZOI, run by DayDreami. It is not made by or connected to KRAFTON. You can reach us at [email protected].
Your chats, memories, notes, settings and any photo you set are saved on your PC, inside the game's own save data for Dreami. If you use the Android app, its settings stay on your phone, and the secret that links it to your game is kept in the phone's protected storage. Settings > Clear & forget in the app lets you erase them.
Dreami sends the conversation to the address you set, with the key you typed. We never see it. Your provider's own privacy rules apply.
Dreami Cloud is for Patreon members. When you link your Patreon account, Patreon tells us your Patreon user id, name, email (when Patreon gives one), profile link, member id and tier. We use them to make your Dreami key, set your limits and tell you apart from other members. The link record holds your Patreon id, a scrambled (hashed) copy of your key, your tier and your status. Your name, email and profile link are kept with your key. The counters for your message and voice limits are kept under a hashed id, not your name.
If all the beta seats are taken, we also keep your place on a waitlist, with your name and profile link, until you are given a seat.
When you chat, your messages travel over the internet to Dreami's own server, where the AI model writes the reply. The Beta, Cloud and Cloud + Voice tiers run on our own server, with no other company involved. The server does not store the text of your messages or the replies. It keeps only what it needs to enforce your limits: which key made a request, when, and how big it was.
On the Frontier tier, your chats are passed on through OpenRouter to a more advanced AI model run by another company, which handles them under its own terms and privacy policies. We use OpenRouter's zero-data-retention setting, so your messages are only sent to providers that do not keep them.
A safety filter checks replies. If a reply is blocked or flagged, we keep that reply, up to six messages before it, your name, email, Patreon id and tier, and the words that triggered it, for 30 days so it can be reviewed.
Calls work on the Android app. With a Dreami key, what you say is sent to our server, turned into text, and the audio is not stored. The Zoi's voice is made on the server and sent back to you without being saved. The words themselves count as chat messages, so they follow the same rules as your messages above.
Without a key, the app uses your phone's own speech recognizer, which is run by your phone's maker and follows their rules.
The link service passes messages between your game and your phone. Pairing uses a one-time code that works once and expires after 10 minutes. Once paired, a private secret is kept on both sides. The service keeps a short event log (for example "key made" or "no membership found"), which holds Patreon ids but no keys, codes or message text, and is deleted after 180 days. To stop abuse we use your IP address only to limit how fast requests can be made, and we do not write it down.
The site is hosted on Cloudflare, which processes requests and may see and log visitors' IP addresses as part of running a website. We add no cookies, trackers or ads, and the fonts and images come from our own server. The Photos page works inside your browser: your picture is shrunk to a tiny square and turned into a code on your own device, and nothing is uploaded. Links to Patreon take you to their site, which has its own privacy policy.
We do not sell your data. The services that handle it for us are Cloudflare (website and connections), Patreon (your membership), and, on the Frontier tier only, OpenRouter and the company that runs the AI model.
To have your data deleted, email [email protected] from the address on your Patreon account. We aim to delete it within 7 days. An in-app Request deletion of my data button is coming.
To erase what the mod keeps on your PC, use Settings > Clear & forget. Patreon keeps your Patreon account data separately, and you manage that with Patreon.
